Led the 2013 rebrand of the Innovation Works startup company from the formerly named AllFacilities Energy Group to Encentiv Energy
Provided creative direction for the general concept of the logo and worked with a designer to create it
Conceived the new company name and tagline as well as the new software product name, Encentivizer™
Created and managed the initial company website
Managed accounts/clients and collected customer feedback for development of software
Directly involved with the early concept ideation, development, and UI/UX testing stages of the Encentivizer™ platform in preparation for the company switch from a service based business to an enterprise software
